Tinubu Elevates Ibrahim Kabiru Masari To Special Adviser On Political Affairs

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has appointed Alhaji Ibrahim Kabiru Masari as his Special Adviser on Political Affairs.

The announcement was made on Thursday in Abuja by the president’s Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga.

Masari had earlier been serving in the administration as Senior Special Assistant on Political Affairs after being appointed to the role in 2023.

Before joining the presidency, the Katsina-born politician held the position of Welfare Secretary of the All Progressives Congress during the time Senator Adams Oshiomhole was the party’s national chairman.

With his new appointment, Masari will now work alongside Alhaji Yau Darazo, whom President Tinubu appointed as Special Adviser on Political Affairs in July 2023.
