Qdot Relives Robbery Trauma, Says Sleepless Nights And Fear Persist After Lagos Attack

Nigerian singer Qdot has opened up about the lingering emotional toll of a robbery at his Lagos home, admitting that the experience has left him deeply shaken and unable to sleep. In an emotional post shared on his Instagram page, the artist revealed that although the incident happened on September 28, the fear has not faded. He said the trauma continues to affect his daily life, especially at night. Qdot explained that he wakes up in panic every night around 2:30 a.m., the exact time the robbery occurred, adding that sleep has become difficult and his mind is constantly unsettled. Calling for peace and healing, the singer also appealed to the government to strengthen security measures to prevent similar incidents. He tagged the Lagos State Government and the Lagos Police in the post. He wrote: “28th of September has passed, but I am still not myself. The trauma is still alive in me. Every night, at exactly 2:30 a.m. the same time the accident happened I wake up in fear. Sleep has left me. My heart is never at rest. I am scared all the time, and it feels like those people are coming back again. I pray this painful and terrifying experience will finally release my mind. I pray for peace. I pray for healing.
