Dangote refinery to IPMAN: NNPC must authorise sale of petrol to marketers
The Dangote Petroleum Refinery clarified on Thursday that it has not received any payments from the Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria (IPMAN) for the purchase of refined petroleum products.
