VeryDarkMan Accuses Popular Comedian Of Plotting To Launder N700 Million Through His NGO

Social media critic VeryDarkMan has leveled a serious allegation against a popular Nigerian comedian, claiming they attempted to use his NGO to launder N700 million. According to him, the comedian approached him with a proposal to transfer the funds into his NGO’s account, after which they would secretly withdraw and share portions of the money. He alleged that he was offered a 10 percent cut — about N70 million — but rejected it, saying he would rather invest in property than allow any illegal funds to pass through his organization. “A popular comedian, this comedian dey very quiet, you no go see am for social media; nothing concern am. E say them wan wire you N700M to your NGO account. For the NGO you go come carry some money comot, nobody go know. You go give us the money come carry 10%, that’s 70 million for be my own. Corper Raye Faces Backlash After Quitting NGO Over Pregnant Single Mother

Corper Raye Faces Backlash After Quitting NGO Over Pregnant Single Mother

Controversial social media personality and freelancer Ushie Rita Uguamaye, popularly known as Corper Raye, has ignited widespread reactions after disclosing that she stopped volunteering with a non-governmental organization (NGO) that supported single mothers. Sharing her experience on X (formerly Twitter), Raye said she became disillusioned when one of the single mothers at the NGO revealed she was pregnant again. According to her, the revelation contradicted the purpose of the initiative, which was meant to help women become more self-sufficient. She wrote, “Two months ago, I volunteered with an NGO to cater for single mothers and see how we can foot some bills. Tell me why one of the single mothers said God has blessed her again? Meaning she’s pregnant! How are you a single mother and pregnant? I’ve quit volunteering please!” Her post quickly went viral, sparking mixed reactions. While some agreed with her view that certain beneficiaries misuse welfare programs, others accused her of being judgmental and lacking empathy. One user responded, “You can’t wait to want to be socially correct to be a kind person. What she deems a blessing in her experience is not up for your own judgment. Her story could also teach us that perhaps educating and orienting women is more important than supplying them hand-outs.” Raye later fired back at critics in a lengthy follow-up post, insisting that she was merely expressing frustration and not seeking validation. “One thing about me is I don’t care what society thinks. I’ve been called rude, stubborn, and all sorts of names. Do you think I give AF? This was me just venting. So many things I’ve done behind closed doors that I never mentioned. I was just frustrated and venting. That aside, you are mentally not okay. Stupid MFs always waiting to criticize me for existing and tweeting like everyone else. You hate that my tweet gets people talking and not yours? Nonsense behavior,” she wrote.

N180m NGO’s money not missing -VDM

Social media critic Vincent Martins Otse, aka Verydarkman, has taunted Online personalities who fell for his claim that N180 million was hacked from his non-governmental organisation account. He said he shared the news to check how dumb the Nigerian media and some Nigerians are. VDM berated those who insulted him and his mother, describing her as a thief. He pretended to be crying and said those who dragged him would learn the hard way. He also tackled media practitioners for not confirming information before sharing. According to VDM, his money is safe with Zenith Bank, and they are doing a good job. The media personality tackled some netizens, including human rights activist Omotayo Williams and investigative journalist David Hundeyin, for their takes on the issue. Omotayo had said that the officer VDM involved in the case, Officer Sam, was a cab driver in Jos, Plateau state. VDM lambasted Omotayo and noted that he never claimed Officer Sam was a police officer but just an officer. VDM also knocked David Hundeyin for asking Nigerians to focus on the claim by Niger Republic’s military ruler, General Abdulrahman Tchiani, that France was setting up a military base in the northeast region of Nigeria. The social critic said that Hundeyin didn’t have proof of what he was saying, and it was one of the reasons he claimed many Nigerians are dumb. VDM stated that if his money was truly missing, he would have contacted the Abuja Police Command. However, he never reported to any police, and those who believed he would take his case from Abuja to Jos were dumb. He also tackled the police in Abuja and Plateau for debunking any missing money when he did not report any case to them. VDM said that the police should start reacting to every news since they have started it with him, without him coming to make any statement to them.
