Ned’s Wife, Laila Charani Blasts Regina Daniels Over Funding Claim, Accuses Her Of Drug Addiction And Bad Influence
Laila Charani, one of Ned Nwoko’s wives, has publicly responded to Regina Daniels’ claim that she had been financially supporting her. In a lengthy post shared on Instagram, Laila dismissed the claim as false, saying she has never depended on Regina for money. “How dare you say that you ever gave me money, for what exactly? I am very contented with the provisions my husband makes for our family. We should show Nigerians our bank accounts to see who is paying money into whose account,” she wrote. She also accused Regina of being dishonest and revealed that their husband, Ned Nwoko, disapproves of alcohol, smoking, and drugs. According to her, Regina’s alleged addiction to those substances is the main reason she has been at odds with her husband. “You know that my husband completely hates alcohol, drugs, and smoking. The only reason you are fighting him is because he wants you to stop your drug and alcohol addiction,” Laila stated. She further alleged that Regina had once introduced her to drugs six years ago, a situation that almost ruined her marriage until Ned intervened. Laila claimed that Regina has been a bad influence within the household, alleging she supplied drugs to domestic staff and even to her younger sister, Destiny. “I will not trust my daughters around you unsupervised, especially after finding out you were sleeping with every single girl around you,” she added. Laila urged Regina to seek professional help and stop dragging the other wives into her issues. “Please go and sort yourself out, seek help immediately, and continue with your rehabilitation. I say this not out of anger, but from a place of truth and concern for the lies you keep spreading,” she concluded.
