Fresh tension has emerged in the rift between the late Mohbad’s family and his widow, Omowunmi, after the singer’s father released a new message challenging the authenticity of their relationship. In the recording, he insisted he never witnessed or approved any traditional marriage rites, saying the only event he attended was an introduction ceremony. He questioned who received her bride price and stressed that nothing resembling a formal wedding took place.
