Singer, Katy Perry and Ex Canada Prime Minister, Justin Trudeau Make Their Relationship Official
Katy Perry, 41, and former Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, 53, have confirmed their romance with a birthday date night in Paris on Saturday.
The couple was spotted holding hands and smiling after attending a cabaret show at Crazy Horse Paris, with Perry dazzling in a red dress and Trudeau in a black suit, according to TMZ.
TMZ footage also showed a fan handing Perry a rose and wishing her a happy birthday as they left the venue and got into a black car.
Perry and Trudeau first sparked dating rumors in July when they were seen walking together in Montreal before enjoying a chic lunch.
Trudeau resigned as Canada’s Prime Minister in January, over a year after separating from his wife of 18 years, Sophie Grégoire-Trudeau, with whom he shares three children.
“He is sowing his oats all over again. He’s free from the ties of office and his marriage,” a Canadian society source told Page Six.
Perry had previously ended her engagement to actor Orlando Bloom, 48, before spending time with Trudeau.
