Rita Edochie Hits Back At Yinka Theisen Over Social Media Attacks On Family
Nollywood actress Rita Edochie has responded sharply to Yinka Theisen over her ongoing social media attacks on the Edochie family.
Rita shared a photo of a monkey wearing a wig, widely interpreted as a pointed reference to Yinka, accompanied by a scathing caption. She wrote: “Edochie’s family is not a dumping ground for individuals without integrity. People who cause nuisance on social media will no longer be tolerated. I join all right-thinking men and women, especially May Nation, to call on this individual in America to stop being a disturbance online.”
She went further to describe Yinka as a “public bore hole,” warning that her antics would not be welcomed by the family. Rita advised her to step back, focus on her own life, and leave the Edochie family alone, even suggesting that she “move into the bush and start hunting for another young man” instead of interfering in theirs.
The feud stems from Yinka’s past relationship with Linc Edochie, which ended bitterly, after which she has repeatedly targeted members of the Edochie family online. Rita has remained vocal in defending her family, especially in support of May Edochie following Yul Edochie’s second marriage.
Fans have reacted with mixed feelings, some commending Rita for defending her family, while others have urged both women to end the public confrontation. Yinka has yet to respond to Rita’s latest post.
