Nollywood Bids Farewell To Allwell Ademola As Stars Gather In Lagos
Nollywood mourned the loss of actress Allwell Ademola on Friday as family, friends, and colleagues gathered in Lagos to celebrate her life and contributions to the film industry.
Ademola, 49, died on December 27 from a heart attack at her home. She was widely admired for her talent and versatility as an actress, writer, and director.
The farewell began with a candlelight service at Lagos State Television, Ikeja, before she was laid to rest at Atan Cemetery, Yaba.
Stars including Rotimi Salami, Toyin Abraham, Afeez Owo, Saidi Balogun, and Adedoyin Kukoyi attended the ceremony to pay their respects.
Known for her memorable roles in films like Ile Wa, Third Eye, and Mimi’s Voice, Ademola leaves behind a lasting legacy cherished by fans and the Nollywood community.
