JUST IN: Adamawa Governor Fintiri Dumps PDP For APC With Entire Cabinet
Governor Ahmadu Fintiri of Adamawa State has formally switched allegiance from the Peoples Democratic Party to the ruling All Progressives Congress.
The announcement was made on Friday in a broadcast addressed to residents across the state. Fintiri disclosed that the defection was not a solo move, as members of his executive council and key PDP officials in Adamawa also moved with him to the APC.
He explained that the decision was guided by what he believes will accelerate development and better serve the interests of the people of Adamawa State.
