Nigerian content creator Jarvis has opened up emotionally about her mother’s ongoing battle with an undisclosed illness, describing it as one of the most painful realities in her life.

In a tearful video shared online, Jarvis revealed that her mother’s condition is not something that money can resolve. “My mum is sick, and that’s my reality right now. This isn’t something money can fix,” she said, visibly emotional.

Jarvis also shared that her father has been largely absent from her life, adding that she has been personally trying to locate him amid the family crisis.

The influencer expressed concern that social media users might exploit her mother’s illness for content or use it against her, explaining that this fear contributed to her long silence on the matter.
