DeeOne Sets Record With 52-Hour Stand-Up Comedy Marathon In Lagos

Comedian and former Big Brother Naija star DeeOne has successfully completed a 52-hour stand-up comedy marathon in his bid to set a new Guinness World Record for the longest comedy performance by an individual.

The event kicked off at midnight on October 2 and ended in the early hours of Saturday, October 4, 2025, at Pallazzo, Ikeja, Lagos. The venue was packed with fans, supporters, and colleagues who came out to cheer him on throughout the marathon.

After completing the feat, DeeOne said he took on the challenge to motivate young Nigerians to pursue their dreams relentlessly.

“No goal is too high to achieve,” he said.

The performance has been submitted to Guinness World Records for official confirmation.
