Big Brother Naija star Adekunle Olopade, popularly known as Adekunle, sparked buzz online with his cheeky questions to Annie Idibia at the 9th edition of the African Music Awards (AFRIMA) held at Eko Hotel and Suites, Victoria Island.
In a video from the event, Adekunle and Annie were on stage presenting the Best Male Artist award when the reality star playfully probed into her love life.
Adekunle asked if Annie was single, to which she confirmed she was.
Adekunle then joked, “Just before we present the award, I just wanted to find out, are you single?”
Annie replied, “He is a fine young man, though, I am not going to lie.”
Adekunle added humorously, “I don’t want a situation where someone would run and slap me off stage.”
Annie reassured him, saying, “You are safe.”
