Adekunle Gold has announced that he and his wife, singer Simi, have welcomed twins.

The music star shared the joyful update via his Snapchat story, revealing that what began as a prayer for another child resulted in a double blessing. “Asked God for another child and he blessed me double,” he wrote.

Speculation about the couple expanding their family began late last year after Simi shared a December 2025 post featuring a scene from Adekunle Gold’s music video, My Love Is the Same. She captioned the clip, “From my baby, for my babies,” while appearing with a noticeable baby bump, which sparked conversations among fans.
