Portable Rejects ₦50 Million Boxing Offer, Demands Luxury Car To Face Carter Efe
Nigerian singer Portable has turned down a ₦50 million boxing offer from music executive Soso Soberekon to face comedian Carter Efe, saying the proposal does not meet his expectations.
In a recent video, Portable explained that while Carter Efe has agreed to the fight, he cannot accept the current offer without additional incentives. He requested a luxury car valued at ₦300 million alongside the ₦50 million cash, bringing the total to ₦350 million, as a condition for participating.
“I will beat Carter Efe mercilessly if Soso meets my demands. I’m the same guy who defeated Charles Okocha and Speed Darlington,” he stated confidently, referencing his previous celebrity boxing wins.
Portable’s response signals that negotiations for the match may continue, with the singer determined to set terms that reflect his confidence and past track record in the ring.
“Soso, 50 million naira is too little. Give me 50 million naira plus a car worth ₦300 million totaling ₦350 million and I’ll b3&7 Carter Efe mercilessly. I’m the same guy who b3&7 Charles Okocha and Speed Darlington.”
