Hilda Baci Receives Third Guinness World Record Plaque

Hilda Baci is celebrating another major milestone after receiving her third Guinness World Record certificate plaque, following her official confirmation as a three-time record holder in January.

The chef shared a video of herself unboxing the plaque on Instagram, describing the moment as emotional and deeply meaningful.

“Third time. Not because I planned it. Not because I felt ready. But because God allowed it.

“Unboxing this record pack felt like reliving the moment all over again. The nerves. The faith. The sacrifice. The prayers. The belief that something bigger than me was happening.

“I don’t take this lightly. I don’t get used to it. I’m just deeply grateful. Thank you to everyone who has stood by me from the very first ‘let’s try’ to this third ‘officially amazing.’”

Earlier this year, Guinness World Records confirmed that her 2025 collaboration with Gino Nigeria earned her a new title. Her enormous serving of Nigerian-style jollof rice was not only recognised as the largest of its kind, but also set the record for the largest serving of rice ever documented.

The new plaque adds to her historic 2023 achievement, when she captured global attention by setting the record for the longest cooking marathon — a feat that launched her into worldwide acclaim.
