Georgina Onuoha Slams May Nation Chaos, Demands Fans Stop Threats And Mirror May Edochie’s Calm
Nollywood actress Georgina Onuoha has addressed supporters of May Yul‑Edochie, known as May Nation, urging them to reflect the actress’s calm, kind, and dignified nature in their online conduct.
In a heartfelt Instagram post, Georgina thanked fans for standing by May through challenges, saying: “First and foremost, thank you sincerely and deeply for standing with my sister, May Yul‑Edochie, through everything. You came together after witnessing the injustice done to her, and even in her silence, you have continued to speak for her, defend her, and fight for her. For that, I am truly grateful.” She praised the genuine supporters who advocate for May’s success, healing, and well-being, describing her as a peace‑loving, family‑centered woman whose core values are love, loyalty, and dignity.
However, Georgina cautioned that some individuals have misused the May Nation name to issue threats and cause chaos. She disclosed that someone close to her recently received a threatening message targeting their family, emphasizing: “Let me be very clear: that does not represent May, nor does it represent May Nation.”
She reminded fans of May’s true nature: “May is not a violent person. She does not threaten. She does not harass. She does not go after people’s families. She does not engage in cruelty.” Georgina urged supporters to avoid sending harmful messages or retaliating, noting that May chooses restraint and silence in the face of harassment, echoing the Igbo saying: ama ndi aneze – dignity in silence.
Closing her message, she encouraged May Nation to continue their support peacefully, writing: “If you love her, mirror her heart. Mirror her kindness. Mirror her restraint. Mirror her grace.” Georgina stressed that the fan community is united by justice and love for May and urged them to protect the integrity of their cause without causing harm to others.
