Kai Cenat has confirmed that he is single, prompting his former girlfriend Gabrielle “Gigi” Alayah to respond, denying claims of infidelity and stating that she was the one who ended their relationship.
The Twitch star made the announcement in a brief post on X, amid growing online speculation about the status of his relationship with Alayah, a fellow content creator and influencer.
Cenat had confirmed they were dating in December 2024 during his birthday livestream, ending months of fan speculation. At the time, he said the relationship had made him happier and more focused, explaining that they met in Manhattan and that dating her positively impacted his mindset.
Addressing the breakup rumors, Alayah wrote on social media: “I left, now you wanna get on the internet and rush to paint a false narrative about off a FAKE twitter post is insane. I’ve never cheated on you, and YOU know that. I have never dealt with that man… play that sympathetic role somewhere else pls.”
Rumors had circulated online for weeks suggesting Alayah was unfaithful or linked to rapper NBA YoungBoy—claims she strongly rejected. Neither Cenat nor Alayah has shared additional details about why the relationship ended.
