Doris Ogala Alleges Pastor Chris Okafor Tried To Buy Her Silence With $10,000
Doris Ogala has renewed her allegations against Pastor Chris Okafor, escalating their ongoing controversy shortly after her arrest and release. The actress made it clear that she is not intimidated by the situation and remains determined to speak openly about her experiences.
Ogala claimed that following her release, the clergyman allegedly tried to persuade her to withdraw her accusations by offering her money. She alleged that the payment was made on December 23 and came in two installments within the same day.
“This is the $10,000 that was given to me by Chris on Dec 23. He first gave me $5000 in the afternoon and $5000 at night. He was pleading and pleading. He wants me to tell the world that it was few pastors that sent me to fight him and I should debunk everything I said.”
She further stated that she accepted the money intentionally, insisting it was meant to serve as proof that her claims were not false.
“Chris, I deliberately collected the money so the world can know I am not lying. $10,000 is nothing to me. This is a screenshot of the chat we had and that is his number.”
Ogala maintained that she has no intention of retracting her statements, adding that she is prepared to reveal more details as the dispute continues to play out in the public space.
“Pastor Chris Okafor gave me $10,000 to come out and retract everything I said about him, claiming other pastors sent me to spoil his name.”
