Don Jazzy Signs Port Harcourt Singer CupidSZN To Mavin Records

Don Jazzy has officially welcomed Port Harcourt singer-songwriter CupidSZN to Mavin Records.

In an Instagram post, the Mavin boss shared the story of how CupidSZN’s journey to the label began. He revealed that four years ago, CupidSZN’s father reached out to him about his 17-year-old son’s talent, but the message went unnoticed. Two years later, CupidSZN continued to hone his craft, and destiny eventually brought him to Mavin.

“After excelling in the Mavin Academy, he is now 21 years old and ready to take on the next phase of his musical career. Allow me to introduce you all to the newest Mavin artist @cupidfszn 🏹 as he presents his debut EP MYTH ERA. OUT NOW,” Don Jazzy wrote.

Born Stevenson Anyinachiso, CupidSZN has been steadily developing his sound, which blends Afrobeats and Afropop, drawing inspiration from artists like Juice WRLD. He has already made waves with tracks such as “Service,” “Ifeoma,” and “I Want More.”

With his debut EP now released, CupidSZN is set to take his music career to new heights under the Mavin Records banner.
