Shaffy Bello Nominated For Best Actress At 2025 AMAA

Veteran actress Shaffy Bello is celebrating her nomination for Best Actress in a Leading Role at the 2025 Africa Movie Academy Awards (AMAA).

Sharing the news on Instagram, Bello described the recognition as “the evidence of God’s grace” and expressed her heartfelt gratitude.

She wrote: “The Evidence of Gods Grace. Thank you @amaawards_ for the recognition. I do not take it for granted. I am deeply grateful. Congratulations to ALL the nominees. We’ve already WON 🏆 See you on the 9th.”

Bello earned the nomination for her performance in The Masked King and will face off with other talented actresses at the 21st AMAA ceremony, scheduled to hold in Lagos on November 9.
