Cubana Chief Priest Appointed Imo Director of City Boy Movement

Popular nightlife entrepreneur and socialite Pascal Okechukwu, widely known as Cubana Chief Priest, has been appointed Imo State Director of the City Boy Movement (CBM), a youth-driven political group backing President Bola Tinubu’s 2027 re-election bid.

The appointment was officially announced via the movement’s Instagram page, where CBM described Chief Priest as a key asset to its mobilisation efforts.

According to the group, Cubana Chief Priest “brings experience, influence, and a people-centred approach to mobilising support” for President Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda.

The statement read in part:
“City Boy Movement appoints Pascal C. Okechukwu (Cubana Chief Priest), who stands as a symbol of dedication, strategic leadership, and unwavering commitment to the growth of the City Boy Movement.

“In his new role, Chief Priest is expected to drive grassroots mobilisation, strengthen party structures, and further the objectives of the Renewed Hope Agenda.”

The movement added that Imo State remains strategically positioned for inclusive development and sustained political participation under his leadership.

“With a clear vision for progress and unity, Imo State remains firmly positioned for inclusive development, effective leadership, and sustained political engagement. Together, we move forward stronger, focused, and united,” the post concluded.

The appointment marks Cubana Chief Priest’s growing involvement in political mobilisation as preparations gradually intensify ahead of the 2027 general elections.
